Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original commercial packaging, ensuring all attachments, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package through a trackable carrier to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
